Class descriptions: Mysore Class Mysore style is the traditional and most effective method for learning Ashtanga. Each student is instructed individually - you will receive lots of hands-on help and guidance. Absolute beginners to advanced practitioners welcome. Led class The Full Primary Series class is the complete first series of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Posture names and vinyasa counts will be given in Sanskrit, accompanied by several helpful tips and explanations. This class is appropriate for all students wanting to improve and grow in their Ashtanga Yoga practice. Some previous experience with Ashtanga Yoga is recommended.
