Students with regular Ashtanga practice may start their Mysore practice when they arrive. Self-practice classes are for regular Baan Amorn students only
New students please arrive at or after start time mentioned below and join on day with Mysore class.

-Drop-in single class 500 THB per person
-3 classes within one week: 1,300 THB
-6 classes within two weeks: 1,800 THB
-10 classes within 30 days: 2,900THB
-1 full month unlimited: 4,000 THB (6 days a week)
SPECIAL: 1 full month (for new students & first time only): 3,500 THB (6 days a week)
All packages are personal, non transferable and cannot be shared.
Mysore style is the traditional and most effective method for learning Ashtanga. Each student is instructed individually - you will receive lots of hands-on help and guidance. Absolute beginners to advanced practitioners welcome.
The Full Primary Series class is the complete first series of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
Posture names and vinyasa counts will be given in Sanskrit, accompanied by several helpful tips and explanations. This class is appropriate for all students wanting to improve and grow in their Ashtanga Yoga practice. Some previous experience with Ashtanga Yoga is recommended.

We have one shower for students, if you want to use it please bring your own towel.
-Please bring your own yoga mat, you can leave it at the shala (at your own risk).
-It is best to practice on an empty stomach. Drink plenty of water AFTER class.
-Don't use perfume and shower before practice
Please check with your physician and let the teacher know PRIOR to class if you have any form of injury or serious illness, might be pregnant or have recently had a baby.
