โยคะรอบนี้ไม่ใช้คอร์สของการมาลดนํ้าหนักครับ แต่เป็นรีทรีตให้เราหันมาใส่ใจการทานและร่างกายไปพร้อมๆกัน ไม่มีการต้องมาอดอาหาร แต่ให้เรามาใส่ใจในเรื่องการทานให้มากขึ้น

รีทรีต5วันที่อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา มาต้อนรับฤดูฝนด้วยกันครับ ทานอาหารจากสวนอินทรีย์ฮอมผญ๋า มาดื่มนํ้าผักและชาที่ดีต่อร่างกายแทนอาหารเย็นที่ผมทำเอง การที่ร่างกายได้พักจะมีผลต่อจิตใจโดยอัตโนมัติ พักที่โฮมสเตย์เราที่ทำออกแบบมาใหม่เพื่อความสะดวกสบายยิ่งขึ้น

The 5 day retreat WILL TAKE PLACE in chiangkham, phayao province. We will welcome the GREEN season together, consume food from organic farm (Hompaya), enjoy homemade green smoothIES and herbal tea. Once our body can rest, our mind IS READY TO do the same.

14.00: คลาสกลางวัน มาร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์การฝึกโยคะกันในทุกๆรูปแบบ และสนทนาเกี่ยวกับโยคะในรูปแบบต่างเพื่อเป็นความรู้ และด้านโภชนาการ

How to reach us: ไปหาเราอย่างไร
-there are several flights PER DAY from Bangkok to Chiang Rai
-car rental: as a group it's a good choice to rent a car and it will take 1.15hrs to REACH us.
-public transportation: take airport bus to the main bus station Chiang Rai and take public bus to Chiang Kham (CA 2.5 hrs). At Chiang Kham bus station we can pick you up for free. Please manage your time properly in case of taking the public bus.
-private airport pick up can be arranged, cost 1.500THB/ per car / trip (pick up truck for 4 poeple)

2. วันที่1 มีนาคม Second payment TOGETHER WITH DEPOSIT : 5,000THB การจ่ายครั้งที่สอง
3. จ่ายส่วนที่เหลือ วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม Last payment 1st of May

In case cancelling student finds a replacement willing to take over the same reservation
including room, registration may be transferred.
