โยคะรอบนี้ไม่ใช้คอร์สของการมาลดนํ้าหนักครับ แต่เป็นรีทรีตให้เราหันมาใส่ใจการทานและร่างกายไปพร้อมๆกัน ไม่มีการต้องมาอดอาหาร แต่ให้เรามาใส่ใจในเรื่องการทานให้มากขึ้น

This retreat is not about diet but we are going to LOOK AT what we eat

รีทรีต5วันที่อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา มาต้อนรับฤดูฝนด้วยกันครับ ทานอาหารจากสวนอินทรีย์ฮอมผญ๋า มาดื่มนํ้าผักและชาที่ดีต่อร่างกายแทนอาหารเย็นที่ผมทำเอง การที่ร่างกายได้พักจะมีผลต่อจิตใจโดยอัตโนมัติ พักที่โฮมสเตย์เราที่ทำออกแบบมาใหม่เพื่อความสะดวกสบายยิ่งขึ้น

The 5 day retreat WILL TAKE PLACE in chiangkham, phayao province. We will welcome the GREEN season together, consume food from organic farm (Hompaya), enjoy homemade green smoothIES and herbal tea. Once our body can rest, our mind IS READY TO do the same.

9.00: ฝึกโยคะแนวAshtanga ในรูปแบบการฝึกMysore พร้อมอธิบายแก่นหลักแบบคร่าวๆ practice ashtanga yoga; mysoRe style and explanation OF the key of THE practice

11.30: ทานอาหารกลางวัน brunch

14.00: คลาสกลางวัน มาร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์การฝึกโยคะกันในทุกๆรูปแบบ และสนทนาเกี่ยวกับโยคะในรูปแบบต่างเพื่อเป็นความรู้ และด้านโภชนาการ
afternoon class: sharing OF yoga experience and DISCUSSION about yoga for knowledge and nutrition 

17.30: ดื่มนํ้าผักและชาสมุนไพร (อาจมีผลไม้ให้ตามความเหมาะสม) จากนั้นพักผ่อนและพูดคุยตามอัธยาศัย

14.00: คลาสกลางวัน อธิบายการฝึกโยคะแนวAshtanga กลุ่มท่าการฝึกโยคะที่สำคัญและกล้ามเนื้อหลักๆที่สำคัญของการฝึกโยคะ ให้ความรู้เพิ่มเต็มกับการฝึกแนวAshtanga  ลงรายละเอียดการไหว้พระอาทิตย์และท่ายืน ทำใมพื้นสำคัญ ถามตอบ
afternoon class: CONTINUEs about ashtanga yoga, MAIN groupS of muscleS OF THE PRACTICE, sharing knowledge about Ashtanga and details of SUN-SALUTATION, standing poses and why the FOUNDATION IS so important for yoga practice :Q&A

Room 1: ว่าง1ที่Shared room with 3 single and 1 queen size bed , total 4 guests.

Room 2fulky booked เต็ม : Shared room 1 king bed 
ห้องที่2:เตียงใหญ่สำหรับสองท่าน ราคา 18,500บาท/ต่อคน


Room 3 fully booked เต็ม:Shared room with 2 single beds 
ห้องที่3 เต็ม:สำหรับ2ท่าน เตียงเดี่ยวสองเตียง : 18,750บาท/ต่อคน


These rooms share bathrooms and shower facilities, 3 showers and 5 toilets
สามห้องนี้จะใช้ห้องนํ้า5ห้อง และห้องอาบนํ้า3ห้อง รวมกัน

single room accomodation is only available for a surcharge, if retreat is not fully booked. Please state your request and we add you to waiting list. We will advise 7 days before retreat.

Meals:อาหารเครื่องดื่ม
-We provide one meal (BRUNCH) per day of homemade vegetarian and vegan food. IN THE EVENING WE WILL ENJOY HOMEMADE SMOOTHIEs,CASHEW MILK AND herbal TEAS  
-เราเตรียมอาหารให้หนึ่งมื้อต่อวัน คือมังสวิรัติและเจทำเองและจากฟาร์มเกษตรอินทรีย์ของชุมชน

-Bring your own yoga mat and towel for practice. นำเสื่อมาเอง
-wifi and coffee shop are available.เรามีwifiฟรี


How to reach us: ไปหาเราอย่างไร
-there are several flights PER DAY from Bangkok to Chiang Rai
-car rental: as a group it's  a good choice to rent a car and it will take 1.15hrs to REACH us.
-public transportation: take airport bus to the main bus station Chiang Rai and take public bus to Chiang Kham (CA 2.5 hrs). At Chiang Kham bus station we can pick you up for free. Please manage your time properly in case of taking the public bus.
-private airport pick up can be arranged, cost 1.500THB/ per car / trip (pick up truck for 4 poeple)

-การเช่ารถ ถ้าไปเป็นกลุ่ม เช่ารถก็จะสะดวก ใช้เวลาประมาณ 1.15ชั่วโมง
-การเดินทางด้วยรถโดยสาร มีรถเมล์จากสนามบินไปสถานีขนส่งเชียงราย จากขนส่งนั่งรถเมล์สีฟ้าไปเชียงคำ2-3ชั่วโมงโดยประมาณ ที่ขนส่งเชียงคำเราไปรับฟรี กรุณาเผื่อเวลาด้วยถ้าจะเดินทางด้วยรถเมล์
-เราสามารถจัดรถไปรับได้จากสนามบินมาที่รีทรีต ราคา1,500บาท / เที่ยว เป็นรถปิ๊กอัพสี่ประตูสำหรับ4ท่าน

How to registER: การจองและการจ่ายค่ารีทรีต
1. Reservation จองครั้งแรก : 2,000THB deposit (non refundable) ค่าจอง 2,000 (ไม่คืนเงิน) 
2. วันที่1 มีนาคม Second payment TOGETHER WITH DEPOSIT :   5,000THB การจ่ายครั้งที่สอง
3. จ่ายส่วนที่เหลือ วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม Last payment 1st of May 


In case cancelling student finds a replacement willing to take over the same reservation
including room, registration may be transferred.
ในกรณีที่นักเรียนยกเลิกหรือไม่สามารถมาได้ สามารถหาคนแทนได้ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการจองเหมือนเดิมรวมทั้งห้องพัก หรือเก็บไว้ใช้ครั้งต่อไป
